LED Wall Rental Prices in the Philippines (2026): Manila, Cebu and Davao
The Philippines is one of the busiest LED wall markets in Southeast Asia. Weddings, church services that stream online, corporate launches and concerts all run on rental LED panels, and demand keeps growing outside Metro Manila. The problem for buyers is that almost nobody publishes prices: most suppliers only quote by direct message.
This guide puts real 2026 reference numbers on the table, explains what moves the price up or down, and tells you what to expect depending on whether you are booking in Manila, Cebu or Davao.
The short answer: what an LED wall costs
For event-grade rental panels — the P3.9 class that dominates the Philippine market — budget roughly US$50 to US$80 per square metre per day for the screen itself. A 6 x 3 metre wall (18 m²) therefore lands around US$900 to US$1,440 per day before labour, transport and content.
If you are buying panels rather than renting, rental-grade P3.91 panels cost about ₱35,000 to ₱60,000 per square metre, including flight cases and die-cast aluminium cabinets.
Price by pixel pitch (fixed installations)
Pixel pitch is the single biggest price driver: a smaller pitch means far more LED chips per square metre. These are reference rates for 2026, converted at the rate used by the source:
| Pixel pitch | Typical use | Price per m² (USD) | Approx. price per m² (PHP) |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1.2 – P1.8 | Broadcast, fine-pitch boardrooms, control rooms | US$1,800 – 3,500 | ₱104,000 – ₱202,000 |
| P2.5 – P2.9 | Churches, corporate, retail flagship | US$1,200 – 2,200 | ₱69,000 – ₱127,000 |
| P3.9 – P4.8 | Events and rental, medium viewing distance | US$800 – 1,400 | ₱46,000 – ₱81,000 |
| P6 – P8 | Road-facing billboards, mid-distance advertising | US$900 – 1,600 | ₱52,000 – ₱92,000 |
| P10 – P16 | Highway billboards, large-format outdoor | US$700 – 1,200 | ₱40,000 – ₱69,000 |
For fixed indoor installations in the Philippines, the working range is about US$1,500 to US$3,500 per square metre. Across all applications, LED screen prices in the country sit between roughly ₱30,000 and ₱80,000 per square metre — a P2.5 indoor screen for a Manila church starts near ₱30,000/m², while a typhoon-engineered P6 outdoor billboard can reach ₱75,000/m².
What a complete setup costs
| Setup | Screen size | Estimated total (PHP) |
|---|---|---|
| Small church or conference room (P3.9 indoor) | 4 x 2.5 m | ₱400,000 – ₱700,000 |
| Medium event or rental setup (P3.91) | 6 x 3 m | ₱700,000 – ₱1,200,000 |
| Retail flagship backdrop (P2.5 indoor) | 8 x 4 m | ₱1,200,000 – ₱2,000,000 |
| Medium outdoor billboard (P8) | 10 x 5 m | ₱900,000 – ₱1,600,000 |
| EDSA-grade highway billboard (P10) | 20 x 8 m | ₱3,000,000 + |
Two running costs are usually forgotten: an annual maintenance contract (about ₱15,000 to ₱50,000 per year depending on screen size) and content or CMS software licensing (₱30,000 to ₱150,000 per year).
What pushes the rental price up
- Pixel pitch. Renting P2.6 instead of P3.9 for the same wall area can add 40–80%, and it only pays off if the front row sits within three or four metres of the screen.
- Brightness. Philippine daylight is brutal: outdoor walls run at 5,000–10,000 nits, indoor at 800–2,000. A cheap 3,500-nit panel hired for an outdoor daytime event will look washed out.
- Rigging and height. Ground-supported walls are cheaper than flown walls, which need truss, motors, certified riggers and a venue that allows hanging.
- Power and processing. Big walls need dedicated circuits and a video processor (Novastar, Brompton and similar). Processors are frequently a separate line item.
- Crew and duration. A technician on site for the whole event, delivery, setup and teardown are usually charged separately from the panels. Multi-day bookings should bring the day rate down.
- Distance. Panels travelling from outside the city add transport and travel time — and if something fails, the replacement takes hours.
Manila, Cebu and Davao: what changes
Metro Manila has the deepest supply and the shortest response times. Suppliers with warehouses in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig or Makati can reach almost any Metro Manila venue within about an hour, even with traffic. A company based in Imus, San Pedro or Malolos can still serve the same event, but you pay travel fees and a broken panel may take three to four hours to replace.
Cebu is the second market, driven by resorts, corporate events and church installations. Local suppliers exist, but the choice is narrower: confirm they hold the panel size and pitch you need in Cebu, not in Manila.
Davao and the rest of Mindanao usually mean either a local rental house with a smaller inventory or panels shipped in from Manila or Cebu. Shipping adds cost and days, so book earlier and agree in writing who pays the freight.
How to choose a supplier
- Ask for the exact panel model and pixel pitch in writing, not just "P3" or "high resolution".
- Confirm indoor or outdoor panels — they are not interchangeable.
- Ask whether the price includes delivery, setup, a technician for the whole event and teardown.
- Ask where the panels are stored, and the realistic response time if a module fails mid-event.
- Ask for spare modules and a backup processor on site for anything above roughly 20 m².
- Get photos or video of a comparable event they have done, not a manufacturer render.
- Pay a deposit, never the full amount, before seeing the equipment tested.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to rent an LED wall for a wedding in the Philippines?
A typical wedding wall of 4 x 2.5 m (10 m²) with P3.9 panels runs about US$500 to US$800 per day for the screen, before lights, sound and crew.
Is it cheaper to buy or rent?
Rent if you need a wall a few times a year. Rental businesses using quality P3.91 panels typically recover the investment in 10 to 14 months of weekend bookings, which is why buying only makes sense if you have that volume.
What pixel pitch do I need?
As a rule, sit no closer than 1 metre per millimetre of pitch: P3.9 for audiences from four metres, P2.6 under four metres, P1.5 to P1.8 for broadcast and boardrooms.
Do prices include installation?
Rarely. Delivery, rigging, technician and teardown are usually separate line items — always ask for them itemised.
